How to Use

Before you put on socks, wetsuits or other clothes,  apply, directly from the stick, wherever skin is sensitive to rubbing.  This includes feet, toes, inner thighs, under arms, and around (sports) bra. Apply to intact skin before activity or anytime. Wash off with mild soap.
