c) Yes, but just a small token gift is okay.

2. How soon do I need to respond to a wedding invitation?
a) ASAP
The bride is busy planning the most important day of her life; help her out by sending in your RSVP as soon as possible. She will truly appreciate your promptness.

3. Can I ask to bring a plus one if I wasn’t given the option?
The answer to this one depends on whom you ask. Many people say that a) Absolutely not is the only way to go. Of course, we have also heard of instances where a close friend asked the bride to bring a plus one after she had become very serious with her boyfriend and the bride agreed, so sometimes c) can work as well.

4. If I am taking pictures, can I keep my phone out during the wedding?
c) It’s up to the bride and groom, if they’ve asked me not to, I’ll respect their wishes.
Many brides and grooms are asking people to leave their phones alone during their ceremony. If this is the case at the wedding you’re attending, taking photos instead of being in the moment as your friend gets married is simply unacceptable.
