Many areas are in the re-opening phases now, but how can you be social while practicing social distancing?
We have all the tools you need to safely and comfortably socialize with friends and family, and all of these make for great gifts if you are invited to a backyard gathering!
First and foremost, everyone, especially those considered high risk, should follow CDC guidelines and their own states’ regulations.
But assuming your area is safely re-opening, here are 5 tips you can use to stay safe and be social.
1. Face Coverings - of course by now, you are probably always wearing one, or at least, always carrying one. And probably also keeping one in your purse, your car, and anywhere else for quick and easy access. If you happen to be one of the many brides who has had to postpone a wedding (or, if you know of a bride who has done this), you may want to pick up one of our ‘clever’ face coverings here.
2. Blister Blocker - since you are likely wearing a mask a lot, you may have noticed that the skin on your face (particularly your cheeks and possibly your ears) may be getting chafed and irritated. Our
natural anti-friction balm is a great solution to combating this uncomfortable side effect of being safe. Available in original, sport, and kids, you can be sure everyone in your family stays chafe-free!
3. Touch Tool - now that you’re out and about a bit more, have you noticed how many things you have to touch (doors, key pads, etc.). This has been causing some major anxiety for many (including myself) so we created our
Solemates Anti-Microbial Touch Tool so you can do what you need to do without actually exposing yourself to pathogens on your skin. This is one of those tools you should keep with you always and use often.
4. Anti-Bacterial Spray - by now, you probably have a lot of hand sanitizer and other alcohol based sanitizers, but have you thought about the damage they can cause to materials such as leather and fabric? Our
natural bacteria eliminating spray does not contain any harsh chemicals and can be safely used on shoes, bags, cars, clothes, and gear without any damage.
5. Fresh Air - we all need more since we’ve been cooped up for many months. Now is the time to plan those backyard BBQs and fire pit gatherings with friends and family. Enjoy the longer days and soak up the time outside. You can space chairs apart while you’re outside so everyone can be comfortable and safe and if you bring some of these items above, you will be the hero of the get together!
Be safe and happy summer!
